Those who wish to access this site from other location/country other than India, do so on their own initiative and royaloakindia.com is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/countries other than India, or compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local law are applicable.

TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Inspect your order do not accept an order if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

  • Products are shipped only upon confirmation of mobile number of the recipient, confirmation of the delivery address and availability of the recipient to receive of the goods.
  • Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
  • Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be specially ordered.
  • Items that are in transit thru states requiring special entry permits or other taxes such as in West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerala etc. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.

F YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED

Check the packing and DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If any basis you are unable to reject accept the product from the courier, inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will ship out a replacement.
